Selling in The Woodlands with Five Kids

Magic Eraser 1, Kids 0

Had we not outgrown our house, we'd have lived there forever. We loved the 'hood, the neighbors, and the schools.
Raising a family in the older part of The Village of Panther Creek felt safe and unpretentious. Each family had their quirks; we never experienced the undeserved reputation The Woodlands has for a homogeneous population.

One of the best things about selling a house in The Woodlands is that it will sell, fairly quickly, regardless of the housing market. As did ours, but not without great effort to make it look like our family of seven was a nice, tidy family of four.

The first step in the process was evaluating what crayon marked walls needed painted. After attacking marks and fingerprints on every surface in the house with a Magic Eraser, we discovered brand new appearing surfaces.
So from that point forward, it's been kids vs. magic erasers. Sometimes the kids win.
